Other: The hotel is rated 4 diamonds by the hotel industry (not my survey rakings).
Owners (and or their guest) when staying at the unit will receive VIP treatment beyond normal hotel guests. Special treatment such as a separate check-in counter, no waiting in line for restaurants/clubs.
It is my understanding that owners of these units are only allowed to occupy the unit for 28 days a year or less.
I have not decided if I am going to mail surveys to these condo hotel owners yet.
