Solara lofts is the only building in downtown to have several unique features such as
1. Eurostar tilt and turn windows, they either tilt up & down or turn out as desired.
2. Racquetball court.
3. HOA paid wireless internet.
4. Residents only day spa.
5. Three elevators for such a small number of units.
Wood floors are standard in all units. All units except studios get two side by side parking spaces.
This building was an office building built in 1982. It was gutted down to the support beams and rebuilt into lofts in 2007. Almost everything is new, including plumbing, electrical, insulation etc.

Solara Loft residents like the buildings solid construction and exercise room. One resident said its very "peacful" there.
