Other: This building is going up right in front (west) of the Elecrta condominiums. This building seems to be perpendicular to the Electra building. This buildings longest part runs East to West. While the Electra building behind it is wider as its longest part runs North to South. So I dont think any of the units in this new building will have any city views to the East, they will all look into the Electra tower.
There is 16,000 sf of retail space planned at the base of this building, which is not very common in the Bosa buildings but can be very popular depending on the retail tenants.
Completion date unknown at this time, probably 2017.
