Like the most: Palermo residents conveyed to me they love the courtyard area with pool, hot tub, waterfall and lush gardens. Low HOA fees and close proximity to Little Italy.
Like the least: Sound insulation between the units is poor, (probably because they were built to apartment standards and later converted to condos).
Other comments: You can have barbeques on your own private balcony. The building does not allow wood floors.
