Residents have conveyed to me they love the buildings unique architectural design, quality of construction and the location. The building design includes tilt-up concrete, which is very low maintenance, energy efficient. Compliments were also given for the 22' ceilings, natural light, walk-up entries, and private driveways. |

Residents here dislike the noise from F Street, which is a high traffic (one way) street. |
