Like the most:	Trellis residents have conveyed to me that they love living in the very heart of downtown with plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment at your doorstep. Several compliments were given to the views. Views from the East tower above the 7th floor are the best they have panoramic views of the city skyline and even some bay views. Compliments were also given to the lobby design and furnishings.
Like the least:	Trellis residents dislike having such a large courtyard between the towers with out having a pool in the middle of it. Unit owners facing the hotel on 6th ave wish they had a better view.
Other comments:	Trellis condo owners are anxious for the Hard Rock hotel to open next door for it is supposed to have some great resturants and clubs inside.
