Residents here in the Meridian condos conveyed to me they really love living here for a combination of reasons, location, views, quality of construction, and the park-like setting at the pool. The building holds the heat so it is never cold inside |
| Like the least: |
Here at the Meridian, valet parking is mandatory and the only complaint at this property is the communication with the parking attendants. You can call down before you leave your home and your car will be waiting for you. Some people like to park their own cars and to have access to them with out having to call the valet to retrieve the car. |
| Other comments: |
The solid construction of the Meridian building is has yet to be matched by other condominiums. There is three feet of air space between each floor allowing for better sound attenuation, a multitude of lighting options and decorative ceiling carve-outs. However, its age does show. For example, the glass window technology is not up to par with newer buildings with "low e glass" (low-emittance) and its window frames are not as tight as newer building. This means that the windows will not control the interior temperature or outside noise as well as the new buildings. |
