Like the most:	Residents like living on the main street running though Little Italy as it allows them to always be in the action. Residents like having one of the lowest HOA fees in downtown.
Like the least:	A few residents complained about the size of the parking spaces in the garage stating they are too small. Complaints were also expressed by some occupants of the lower floors on the west facing portion of the building stating there views are obstructed by the building next door. As with a lot of other condo buildings in Little Italy, residents wish there were more amenities such as a pool and a workout room.
