| Like the most: |
La Vita residents expressed to me they like being part of the Little Italy neighborhood and enjoy time in their ?peaceful? large grassy courtyard. Compliments were also given to the floorplans and city lights views at night. |
| Like the least: |
The most frequent negative comment was about inability of the HOA to take care of emergencies and how slow they respond to issues raised by the owners. One resident felt the problem is the HOA board of directors is controlled by members of the development company who may not have the same priorities as the residents. Control of the Board will likely change in a few years when open seats come up for election. |
