Like the most: Residents conveyed to me they love the views and the proximity to shopping and restaurants. Some residents feel the residents here are more down-to-earth than in some other buildings. Complements were given to the good quality of natural, well balanced light entering the units. As well as the architectural massing. Residents also like the short and direct access to the units from the elevators.
Like the least: Some residents are not too happy about the proposed future KUSI building that was tobe built just to the SE of this complex. That lot has been sold to another developer and future construction plans for that site have not yet been decided on. Criticisms were also expressed on the poor lobby design including the wall and tile patterns.
Other comments: This was the first new high rise condo built in downtown after a ten year period (1990 -2000) without one new condominumim. The HOA is very active, considerate and effective.
