Other: Located across the street from Children's Park, a series of grassy knolls large trees and a large water feature and fountain make this one of Downtown's favorite parks.
This Condo’s Walk Score:® 92 out of 100 — Walker’s Paradise View on WalkScore.com Walk Score
Units facing these directions will probably see:
West: The western view from the Horizons condos is second only to the south view. The western view from the south tower is a lot better than that of the north tower because of the location of the Pinnacle condo tower across the street. Units in the north tower facing west look directly into the Pinnacle.
North: Views north from Horizons are going to be looking at the twin tower Renaissance condos, directly across the street. The north tower is closer to the Renaissance condos than the south tower. The south tower immediately overlooks the pool area, so its north view feels more private than the north tower. Views to the NE from south tower are very unobstructed from the upper floors.
East: The eastern views from Horizons is a great view from either tower as there are no high rise building for the next six blocks, this is a great city view, can see all the way to the mountains in the eastern part of the city.
South: This is the most sought after view in the Horizons condo complex. Both towers have great bay views and very unobstructed. There is a Marriott hotel off in the distance but it’s a small part of the overall water view. Again the south tower has the better view as your view from the north tower looking SE is obstructed by the south tower. Expect units that have a lot of windows facing south to be the most expensive units.
Note: These views may change in the future or if you are on a very low floor may not have any view. Each buyer should verify on their own. Above statements are only one man’s opinion at one point in time and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

Residents conveyed to me they love the views and the proximity to shopping and restaurants. Some residents feel the residents here are more down-to-earth than in some other buildings. Complements were given to the good quality of natural, well balanced light entering the units. As well as the architectural massing. Residents also like the short and direct access to the units from the elevators. |
| Like the least: |
Some residents are not too happy about the proposed future KUSI building that was tobe built just to the SE of this complex. That lot has been sold to another developer and future construction plans for that site have not yet been decided on. Criticisms were also expressed on the poor lobby design including the wall and tile patterns. |

This was the first new high rise condo built in downtown after a ten year period (1990 -2000) without one new condominumim. The HOA is very active, considerate and effective. |
