Other: This is a future building by Bosa Development. Not named yet and no construction date yet (as of 2011). I believe this will be the Bosa flagship building in downtown. Now the flagship, so to speak is Bayside. Bosa has always built the next condo better than the last. However, the market has changed and prices have come down to a point where he will lose money if he builds something now (2011) that is higher quality (ie more expensive) than Bayside. Will be interesting to see what this turns out to be down the road. My understanding is that there will be two other Bosa condo towers built before this one. So its a long ways off. 2018 or so.
