Residents of the Laurel Bay condos conveyed to me they love the location, close to Balboa Park and a quick trip to Downtown or Hillcrest. Residents gave glowing reviews to the common area amenities, great indoor lobby and lounge area with billiards table, gym and meeting room. Praise was also given to the central courtyard. Some residents felt they were close enough to several restaurants in the area. |
| Like the least: |
Some Laurel Bay condo residents feel the exercise room is too small and the equipment too limited. Being a wood framed constructed building, some residents complained about the noise you can hear from your neighbors upstairs. Also several complaints about the traffic noise coming from the street. |
