Other: CC&R's do not allow wood floors in the bedrooms. This is one of the few high rise buildings that does not have a staffed person in the lobby 24 hours a day.
Units facing these directions will probably see:
West: Good views across the downtown skyline from about the 7th floor and up, top floors can see the bay and airport runway.
North: Panoramic views over Balboa Park, NE open, NW obstructed by a high rise.
East: Very panoramic views out to the mountians.
South: Lots of obstructions from other high rises, some views between the buildings all the way out to the bay from the upper floors.

Homeowners at the Aria condos expressed to me that they really like the views from this high rise located near the top of the elevated Cortez Hill neighborhood. Lots of accolades for the high quality materials used construction, especially in the kitchens. Aria residents also like having all the “high end” amenities. The location of the Aria condos enables its residents to quickly and easily access to the I-5 and 163 freeways quicker than any other high rise condo downtown. |

One common complaint was the parking stalls in the garage are very narrow. Some Aria condo residents feel there are only a limited number of restaurants and shops within a comfortable walking distance. |
