Resident reviews expected in late 2013 depending on sales pace of new units. In 2010 the developer was renting unsold units. Other downtown developers have done this and put the units up for sale the following year, espically if they think the timing is right to get higher prices.
Units facing these directions will probably see:
West: Views of the building across the street unless your on the top floor, then some views across the skyline.
North: Panoramic views over the 5 freeway towards Balboa Park. Expect to hear noise from the freeway.
East: Panoramic city views from the upper floors, only a view of the buildings across the street from the lower floors.
South: Open view for about a block until the view is blocked by the high rise condo building named Discovery and others the next block up.
