  • Other: The Pacific Gate condominium tower is going up right in front (west) of the Elecrta condominiums. Pacific Gate seems to be perpendicular to the Electra building. The longest part runs North/East to South/West. You will be surprised at how panoramic the city views to the East, NE & SE are. For those who appreciate the city lights view at night should strongly consider these SE & NE corner floor plans.
  • Resident Reviews expected to be mailed to owners in early 2019 with results posted in mid 2019.

There is a large retail space planned at the base of Pacific Gate, which is not very common in the Bosa buildings but can be very popular depending on the retail tenants.

Pacific Gate Residences facing these directions will probably see:

  • West: View above the 9th floor will look out over the bay and Coronado, this view will also include the USS Midway museum and other ships along the harbor.
  • North: Views over the historic train/Amtrak station with a skyline view of lots of other towers.
  • East: Looking towards the Electra condo tower and off to the NE and SE will see skyline city views. These are some of the best views, especially the SE views as it offers a great mix of city skyline, city lights views, water, Coronado Bridge, Mexico and the mountains.
  • South: Views towards Seaport Village including the bay and Coronado Bridge Note: These views may change in the future or if you are on a very low floor may not have any view. Each buyer should verify on their own. Above statements are only one man’s opinions and are not guaranteed to be accurate and are not to be used as part of a real estate contract.

In Bosa developments last new tower, the Bayside building, I was the number one selling agent, meaning more of my buyers purchased in Bayside than any other agents(7 if your counting). What that means for you is as my client you will get the royal treatment walking in the door with me as the Bosa team knows you are well educated on downtown and the building and are a serious candidate to purchase a unit in the building.
