Like the most: Residents here at Parkloft have conveyed to me they feel they have a great group of neighbors and the building is totally soundproof. They also like the creative decorating options that lofts offer as well and the high ceilings. Lots of compliments on the quality of construction.
Like the least: The Parkloft residents are disappointed this building does not have a pool.
Other comments: Residents are concerned about future development in the immediate area near the ballpark. This is the closest condominium to the ballpark (Petco Park).
