  • Other: This building used to be an "office building", which had sever plumbing problems, was gutted to the bones and rebuilt as condos. 

Units facing these directions will probably see: 

  • West: Looking directly into the Aqua Vista condominiums.
  • North: Open views over some very low commercial buildings. However, up one block is the La Vita condominiums, a high rise more or less cutting into the panoramic view. 
  • East: Very open views of various office building in the Core of downtown. 
  • South: The best views in 350 west ash condos are to the South. Currently the building across the street to the South is only one story and its a long panoramic view till about Broadway where you will see some high rise building. Some bay views off to the SW from the middle and upper floors.

Like the most: Residents of the 350 West Ash condos have conveyed to me they like being able to walk to work as the building is in the middle of office towers surrounding the downtown courthouse.
Like the least: Because of its location in the middle of the business district several residents complained that it’s a bit of a walk to the shops and restaurants and too far to walk to a grocery store. Also several of the 350 West Ash condo residents complained about the noise from the fire station located a block away.
Other comments:
Units facing these directions will probably see: 
West: Looking into the Aqua Vista condominiums building, no view. 
North: Looking over some very low commercial buildings, then across the street are the La Vita Condos. So the direct north view is blocked across the street. NE views are blocked by the Aperture lofts building. 
East: Some great city views. 
South: The best views at 350 west ash are to the south, panoramic until you get to about Broadway then some office towers. Looking SW you will see some bay view from the mid to upper floors.
