This building had two developers, the first one worked up to the 8th floor, the second from the 9th floor up. The first developer who was building it as apartments to rent ordered white appliances and the second developer who bought the building to finish it as condos installed stainless steel appliances. So in general units on the 8th floor and below have white appliances and 9th and above stainless steel.

|Like the most:||A common thread in almost all the survey respondents was the appreciation of its location in Little Italy so close to the boutiques and restaurants. Positive comments were also made on the views, close proximity to the bay, 8th floor roof top pool. One resident said the neighbors are cool.|
|Like the least:||Several residents informed me they do not like the relatively high monthly home owners association (HOA) fees. One respondent commented that they did not like the color of the buildings exterior or interior.|
|Other comments:||This building has mandatory valet parking. While most survey respondents gave the parking a high star rating and some gave positive comments on it, some residents expressed they did not like valet parking concept even though the parking staff is great.|
