Like the most: Two common positive themes the Brezza condo residents gave me were the beautiful views from the common area roof top deck and the great landscaping of the common areas including the courtyard. Breeza residents also like the Little Italy location and feel they can walk to everything.
Like the least: Breeza condo residents complained about the train noise and are looking forward to the implementation of the “Quiet Zone” that will eliminate the train horns. Some residents complained about their neighbors smoking on their patios.
Other comments: Residents of the Breeza condos are looking forward to the new major park going in across the street and other waterfront improvements planned (including the North Embarcadero Visionary Plan) and feel this will increase the value of their condos.
