|Like the most:||Residents here at Cityfront Terrace love the quality of construction and believe it?s the best in the city. The building offers a New York style curb appeal and is unique in its outward appearance. The inner courtyard is treasured by many, as its fountains, full grown trees and singing birds offer a tranquil getaway, this is often referred to as the ?urban canyon?. Its like ?country in the city? as one resident describes it. The concierge service is friendly and efficient. The common areas are also beautifully maintained.|
|Like the least:||The only complain was noise such as the trains and automobile traffic, this really depends a lot on your location in the building. This building was designed with a lot of units only having one parking space per unit, regardless of the number of bedrooms. A lot of one bedroom units are assigned a parking space tandem with another owners car and must have their cars parked by the valet staff whose services is not liked by all the residents. Guest parking is available for $10.00 each time the valet parks their car.|
