All common areas were updated, including new appliances in the entertainment room. The Watermarks style timeless and very tasteful. Built in the early 1990's, you will find some units with original interiors and some totally remodeled and "updated". Directly across the street from Pantoja Park, a large grassy area perfect for throwing the ball around or even a soccer game. There are several large trees for some summer shade as well.

Like the most: Residents in the Watermark condos conveyed to me love living across the street from Pantoja Park. They also like the great architecture of this building.
Like the least: The only complaint voiced by the Watermark resident?s is the lack of guest parking spaces.
Other comments: New windows were installed in all the Watermark condo units in 2004. All common areas (hallways, gym, entertainment room, lobbies, etc.) updated in 2006.
