Located on the north end of the city and bordering Balboa Park this was San Diego's original prestigious address. It was the city's answer to San Francisco's Nob Hill in the early 1900s. This is home to many people working in the financial and medical fields located near-by. The wide avenues lined with towering palm trees and jacarandas create a sense of openness.
