Rating and Review Disclosure

The ratings and comments you are reading were obtained via direct mail surveys. Surveys were mailed once to the majority of the unit owners in each building. The surveys ask them to rank their property in several categories and provide written comments. Consistent with most direct mail campaigns the response rate is very low in relation to the total number of residents in the building. Once I receive these surveys back I consolidate and or average the results and post them here for only my clients working with me to read. As times change so may the opinions of the residents there. These survey results shall not be used in place of any disclosures that the seller must provide and these survey results and ratings are not to part of any real estate contract.
