Like the most: | Park Laurel residents have conveyed to me they love being right next to Balboa Park and also enjoy having some of the largest condo units in downtown. |
Like the least: | Some residents responding to the survey mentioned they dislike the airport noise with a few mentioning that one gets used to it after a while. Some residents also disappointed with the noise coming from the street. |
Other comments: | Park Laurel is one of the best built projects in downtown with very large floor plans. This building is perfect for those transiting out of large single family homes and estates into the condominium lifestyle as the units are very large. The category ratings for this building varied the most of any building downtown. While this building scores high marks for its quality and elegance it is located half way between the heart of downtown and the heart of Hillcrest. Both of which offer lots of shopping and dining etc. but being half way between the two results in most residents relying heavily on their cars as the distance to either one is too far for most to walk. |
