| Like the most: | Residents conveyed to me they like the quiet location and uniqueness of the building. They love being across the street from a great breakfast place (cafe 222). |
| Like the least: | Residents like having loft space on the 2nd floor but wish the staircases were straight steps and not the curved spiral staircases that make carrying anything upstairs very difficult. Residents wish the common courtyard area and landscaping was maintained better. |
