Like the most: | Metrome condo residents conveyed to me they like being only a couple of blocks from the Albertsons grocery store. Compliments were also given to the design of entrance (walk way) to the building. |
Like the least: | A few noise complaints from the Metrome condo residents facing the trolley. |
Other comments: | Some units currently have great views to the South, but these views will eventually be looking at the new library directly across the street which will be developed one day in the future. The library is supposed to be a beautiful building to look at but probably not as desirable as the current open panoramic views that include the Coronado bridge. |
