| Like the most: | Two common positive themes the Brezza condo residents gave me were the beautiful views from the common area roof top deck and the great landscaping of the common areas including the courtyard. Breeza residents also like the Little Italy location and feel they can walk to everything. |
| Like the least: | Breeza condo residents complained about the train noise and are looking forward to the implementation of the “Quiet Zone” that will eliminate the train horns. Some residents complained about their neighbors smoking on their patios. |
