| Like the most: | Residents of M2i condos have conveyed to me they love the buildings location in the heart of the East Village. Also like being close to the Gaslamp but away from the Gaslamp crowds. Compliments were also given to the industrial loft feel the units have. |
| Like the least: | Some residents complained about the noise from the local fire station located two blocks to the west. As with most mid rise buildings residents in the M2i lofts wish they had a pool and a hot tub. |
