    • Other: Cityfront Terrace is downtown second highest rated property according to the residents living there. This property consists of two separate but connected structures. One is an old factory where they used to make soap in the early 1920's, that structure is commonly referred to as the "Soap Factory", its units are all lofts, with high ceilings and wood floors and exposed wood beams and brick walls.  As on 2017 they have one of the highest financial reserve balances in their bank account, way over funded based on the reserve study.

    This complex has placed a restriction on the total number of units in that complex that can be rented out to 25%. They also have a pet policy that as I understand it is one dog in a condo under 1,800sf and two if over 1,800sf, two cats also allowed in the under 1,800sf units (total of 3 pets) and if over 1,800sf also two cats for a total of four pets. This is as of 2014, so please review the HOA documents for the most up to date rules. 

    Units facing these directions will probably see: 

    • West: West facing unit have views over the Northern section of Seaport Village out to the bay. Need to be roughly half way up to tower to clear the low one story buildings before you get to the bay. Some of the west facing units at City Front Terrace will over look the smaller of the two pools in the complex and look out over a portion of the Martin Luther King Promenade. A special note about units in the Soap Factory, some are facing West and they will look into the inner courtyard (aka the Urban Canyon) and across the courtyard is the 13 story tower of the main building. 
    • North: The North facing units offer tremendous city skyline views. The buildings across the street are about 6 stories tall so better views from the 7th floor and up. This view is great at night as the office buildings off in the distance light up. 
    • East: The East view is obstructed by the Pinnacle condos except for those units on the very South end of the building (ending in high numbers like XX23) that look down the Promenade. The lower floor units in the main tower will look into the Urban Canyon and at the Soap Factory units on the other side. 
    • South: The South views from City Front Terrace are over the Promenade and out over Harbor Drive towards the 4 big hotel towers (Marriott and Hyatt). Upper floor units have great bay views between the hotels.

    Like the most: Residents here at Cityfront Terrace love the quality of construction and believe it?s the best in the city. The building offers a New York style curb appeal and is unique in its outward appearance. The inner courtyard is treasured by many, as its fountains, full grown trees and singing birds offer a tranquil getaway, this is often referred to as the ?urban canyon?. Its like ?country in the city? as one resident describes it. The concierge service is friendly and efficient. The common areas are also beautifully maintained.
    Like the least: The only complain was noise such as the trains and automobile traffic, this really depends a lot on your location in the building. This building was designed with a lot of units only having one parking space per unit, regardless of the number of bedrooms. A lot of one bedroom units are assigned a parking space tandem with another owners car and must have their cars parked by the valet staff whose services is not liked by all the residents. Guest parking is available for $10.00 each time the valet parks their car.
    Other comments: The ambiance of Cityfront Terrace is wonderful but not stuffy.
